1st I couldn't get MS office spell check to work. So then I TRIED to re-install MS Office 2003 and I can't - office 2003 source corrupted

I get the error
"MS Office installation QUANTITY continue because the installation source has been corrupted"

Then I tried installing in Safe Mode
BUT
When I do I get the message
"The system administrator has policies to prevent installation"
I'M TH EONLY that uses my computer, and I am the administrator.


DO NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. My installation disc has previously worked.
