I have a Panasonic KX-TG4500 phone unit. Can I use any conference phone system? besides panasonic? - panasonic system

We have a Panasonic phone system with 3 lines. Basically, we need a conference call so we can clear communication with customers via telephone and wireless hands-free kit does not cut right. Panasonic has a conference phone and held it tightly. Can a brand for a series of conference telephone and connect it with our third time to time, have our conference calls? Please share.
